JBCP advocates for experiential learning and dialogue education, whereby individuals and groups learn through direct experience. This training methodology encourages participants to become self-dependent, learn from their mistakes, visualize consequences of their actions, and most importantly, start achieving goals, thus serving their organizations. We adopt a bottom-up needs-based approach in delivering our training services.

Our core training programs are varied and encompass those tailored to healthcare professionals, including radiologist fellowships, radiographers training, and clinical breast examination training. We also have training programs designed for the capacity building of NGOs. Details of each of the training programs are available upon request.
